For DANNIJO's fashion week presentation "Mongolian Road trip,” Stewart-Schafer created a visual manifestation of the theme - designing scenes of Mongolia through every season in a 4,000 square foot gallery space. No detail was spared, and each furnishing and fixture was custom made for the presentation. For an authentic Mongolian feel, the Winter scene featured a custom fur teepee and haunting trees. Visitors exited the presentation through the Spring scene, where models were laid out on a grassy hill. Stewart-Schafer designed a Mongolian yurt, and adorned the interior with Mongolian fur hides and hanging tribal clothing.
