Converse New York Pop-up

“To launch the collection, Converse hosted a special media event in New York City where local graffiti artist Queen Andrea spoke about three new murals she created for Converse. The event was a huge success.”

Commissioned by Converse to build out an urban oasis for the brand's press preview, Stewart-Schafer created an interactive and experiential display, allowing for the ultimate branded experience. Stewart-Schafer incorporated interactive, unexpected visual elements into the design including tables made out of vintage speakers and amps, shoes wired to play musical sounds, concrete roadblocks with custom tagged graffiti art, and custom paint poured drip tables. The sensory, branded experience offered an unforgettable way for each person to engage with Converse, while elevating the brand’s unique identity.
